How we ship the products

We ship through USPS or UPS. For orders placed before 1:00 PM daily, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on the same day via email. For orders placed after 1:00 PM, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on the next business day via email. Your product will be confirmed for shipment within 24 hours, as long as stock is indicated on each product page.

When will we deliver the products?

For pre-order products

If your order includes pre-order products, we will ship them at the preparation time indicated for the pre-order items. To ensure faster shipping of the available items in your order, we recommend placing separate orders—one for purchasing pre-order products and another for purchasing items currently in stock. If you don’t mind waiting for the pre-order products to arrive, you can proceed to complete the order.

What will be the shipping fee?

Free shipping throughout North America for orders over $69! For orders below $69 USD, we offer the following discounted rates to our customers. Canadian orders have a shipping fee of $9.99 USD, and U.S. orders have a shipping fee of $13.99 USD. Free shipping to the UK for orders over £99! For orders below £99, we charge a shipping fee of £13.99.
