Our Return and Refund Policy
All products sold on amobar.com are consumables and items for personal intimate use. To protect your interests and those of other consumers, except for obvious defects in the products, we will not be able to refund or exchange purchased toys and products. Please carefully read the written descriptions before purchasing.

What Shall I do if the item has obvious defects?
If you discover any obvious defects in the item within 7 days of purchase, such as significant breakage, no response, or failure to vibrate, please promptly take photos or videos and send them to us. We will verify with the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be a product defect, we will arrange for a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must include all original items, parts, and packaging, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for items damaged due to personal reasons.

- Obvious Product Defect Issue
- Contact Customer Service
- Customer provides photo or video evidence
- We confirm and verify with the manufacturer
- Customer service contacts the customer to confirm if a return or exchange is possible
- Customer sends back the item (with all accessories and packaging)
- We confirm the returned product.
- We send out a new item or process a refund or issue Store Credit
